Tijykoy — Online Education since 2016
Decisions worth making
We study how people think through hard choices — and build webinars that make that thinking practical, not theoretical.
"Most people don't struggle with information. They struggle with knowing what to do with it."
Who runs this.
Tijykoy is a small team based in Galway. We design and host live webinars on decision-making — the kind that involve real tradeoffs, not textbook scenarios.
Our facilitators come from backgrounds in behavioural research, organisational consulting, and adult education. No keynote speakers, no motivational framing.
Each programme is built around a specific decision context — career pivots, team alignment, resource allocation. We keep cohorts small so participants can actually talk.
Interested in how we approach specific scenarios? Our case study breakdowns show the full decision arc from problem framing to outcome.
The structure behind each session.
Every webinar follows the same underlying logic, even when the topic changes.
We map the decision landscape first — what's known, what's assumed, what's being avoided. Then we work through it live, with participants contributing their own cases.

Frame before you solve
Most bad decisions start with a poorly defined question. We spend real time on what the actual choice is — before any options are discussed.
Criteria come before options
Jumping to solutions skips the hard part. Participants define what a good outcome looks like before any alternatives are on the table.
Pressure-test in real time
We use live cases submitted by participants. The group examines them under facilitated challenge — not polite agreement.
Talk to the team.
Questions about programme fit, scheduling, or group enrolment — just ask directly.
We don't use automated responses for first contact. Someone on the team reads every message and replies within one working day.
